We are very excited to announce the hiring of Nick Perugini as NDFC’s new Technical Director.
Nick comes to NDFC with over two decades of soccer experience in the Lower Mainland, having been deeply involved in the game as a player, coach, administrator, and now Technical Director. He brings with him a tremendous amount of passion, energy, and enthusiasm, along with a glowing reputation within the local soccer community.
Nick shared the following message with our club:
“As North Delta residents ourselves, my family and I are extremely humbled and excited for the opportunity to serve our community within this incredible role. I can’t wait to get started and look forward to getting to know everyone over the spring, and am excited about what the future holds for us as a club.”
Nick will be transitioning into his role with NDFC over the next two months and will be fully on board as of April 1st.
The NDFC hiring committee was proud to be supported and guided throughout the selection process by Jasmine Mander, former Canadian Women’s National Team Assistant Coach, SurDel player, former Staff Coach for our club and Delta resident. Jasmine played a key advisory role in the evaluation process, bringing an elite level perspective, deep technical knowledge, and a strong understanding of player development. Her involvement helped ensure the club selected a Technical Director who aligns with NDFC’s values, long term vision, and commitment to grassroots and community soccer in North Delta.
The NDFC Board is absolutely thrilled and extremely excited to welcome Nick to our amazing club, and we are confident that his leadership will continue to strengthen and grow soccer in North Delta.
